What are the delivery times?

Orders take 7-10 business days to arrive. International orders outside of North America can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. Business days are Monday-Friday only. Holidays are excluded. 

All the products on our site are shipped by third-party vendors and shipping prices and transit times determined by the sellers. Tracking numbers will be provided, which you should receive in your email. Check your spam folder if you have not received it.

Where do you ship to?

U.S.A., Canada, U.K and anywhere else in the world. If we are not able to ship to your country unfortunately there's nothing we can do on our end.

Undelivered packages?

We can not be held liable for an order once it is delivered (marked "Delivered") by the USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

What is my order status?

Orders take approximately 24-48 hrs to be prepared before shipping (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order has shipped you will get an email notification. This email will include a tracking number so you can follow your order on its way.

How is the quality of your apparel?

We take pride in providing the best quality goods. All inks used in its creation are water-based and eco-friendly. We use a special solution in the printing process, so don't worry if you notice a slight new shirt scent or some discoloration. It will disappear after the first wash.

How do I determine my proper size? 

All of our apparel runs true to size. You can find the appropriate size chart for each item underneath the item's listing. 

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

All other products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the product is not the proper fit, not the correct item or is defective please send a message along with your order number to thefreshdepotbrand@gmail.com and upon confirming we will send you the new correct item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Our Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. it must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Again, you’ve got 7 days to try out your new gear. If the fit still isn't right, email us at thefreshdepotbrand@gmail.com for exchange. Again,  your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. it must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Goods such as limited release or sales items cannot be exchanged.
